What You'll Do:

• Promote our brand and products to existing and new customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and accounts.
• Develop effective sales plans and strategies for your assigned territory.
• Deeply understand our product range and company direction to drive growth.
• Stay ahead of market trends, pricing structures, and competitor activities.
• Respond proactively to market needs, identify growth opportunities, and deliver value.
• Manage customer relationships and negotiate on product, pricing, logistics, and promotions.
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues and deliver excellent service.
• Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales (FMCG experience is a plus).
• Energetic, positive, and eager to learn.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with great communication abilities.
• Must possess own transport.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred (to serve Mandarin-speaking customers).

• Salary Package : Basic + incentives + Car allowance + Petrol + HP (all in RM3000 to
  RM5000 depends on experience)
